General Principles

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ku998 platform and all its services. These Terms form a legal agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and ku998. By accessing the platform, registering an account, or using any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms in full.

Age Requirement

ku998 services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. By registering, you declare that you are of legal age. Providing false information about your age may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

Changes to the Terms

Registration Requirements

• Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Sharing login details with any third party is prohibited.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

ku998 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. You may be asked to submit a National ID (NID), passport, or other government-recognised document. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold until verification is complete.

Right to Close Accounts

ku998 may close an account without notice for any of the following reasons:

• Providing false information or identity fraud
• Violation of any clause within these Terms

• Operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity through the use of a VPN

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket. No methods other than these three are accepted.
• It is your responsibility to use the correct amount and reference number when making a deposit.
• Transactions made in a third party's name will not be accepted and will be returned immediately.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been met.

Welcome Bonus

New members at ku998 will receive a 100% Welcome Bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳12,000 adds a maximum of ৳5,000 in bonus — giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

Wagering Requirements

After receiving the welcome bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings earned from the bonus.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer comes with its own terms and conditions — the terms stated on the offer's detail page are final.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly stated.
• Placing artificial or patterned bets for the purpose of earning a bonus will be considered bonus abuse and the bonus may be cancelled.
• After a bonus expires, it may be automatically deducted from your balance.
• ku998 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

Fair Play Policy

Prohibited Activities

General Betting Rules

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Pre-match bets placed before an event starts and live bets are governed by separate terms.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for the relevant bet will be returned at the original amount.
• In a combo bet made up of multiple selections, if one leg is cancelled it will be treated as a "draw" and the total parlay amount will be adjusted accordingly.

Odds & Changes

ku998 reserves the right to change odds at any time. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed will apply — subsequent changes will not affect previously placed bets. ku998 reserves the right to void odds that were published due to an obvious error (a clear mispricing).

VIP Tiers

ku998's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. You can move up to higher tiers by earning points through regular play. Higher tiers offer a greater weekly cashback rate.

Cashback Policy

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Cashback is calculated based on net losses. ku998 reserves the right to change the cashback rate, calculation method, or schedule.

VIP Tier Downgrade

Extended inactivity may result in a VIP tier downgrade. In the event of a Terms violation, VIP membership and all associated benefits may be fully revoked.
